Peter is working as a consultant, trainer and coach based in Munich. He started working as a Java software developer in 2001, changed to consulting in 2006 and has been supporting his clients in the roles of software developer, software architect, technical project manager or team lead. He is a very experienced Scrum trainer and supports teams in adopting Scrum as a Scrum Coach since 2008.
Richard is passionate about helping software development teams understand and leverage Scrum and DevOps tools and practices. He has over 30 years of software development experience and over 20 years of training experience. Richard is a Visual Studio and Development Technologies MVP, a Professional Scrum Trainer, author of Professional Scrum Development with Microsoft Visual Studio by Microsoft Press, and co-creator of the Scaled Professional Scrum course.
Over the past two decades, Steve has handled many application development roles, including developer, scrum master and product owner. Steve understands the elements that result in successful delivery and the pitfalls that can lead to a project going sideways. He was an early advocate of Agile because he understood how software engineering teams could use it to encourage professional practices. Steve has worked as a process consultant; he was Product Owner for Telerik's TeamPulse; he taught the first Professional Scrum Foundations course, and now works for Ken Schwaber at Scrum.org.
Thomas comes from a developer background working more than a decade as a software developer with Microsoft technologies. He has been continuously awarded as a Microsoft MVP since 2007. He is a community player, running a local user group and speaking regularly on German conferences.
